perfect spot near the park
central locationeasy walkeasy access
the location was fantastic for exploring. i walked to stanley park easily, enjoying multiple visits. i found reaching the main downtown area quite simple, with several trips to the art gallery and gastown. the sea and sky highway to squamish was also very accessible.
the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which sometimes made watching tv difficult.

onsite laundry was available and quite convenient. the manager provided helpful advice for local spots. the building had a whimsical elevator that added a unique charm to the stay.

the staff was very kind and polite with all needs and requests. danich and tag were especially helpful. they accommodated needs efficiently and gave chocolate presents at christmas.

the room included a full kitchen. the kitchen was equipped with a coffee machine, and a kettle. it also provided coffee. for nespresso lovers, there was a nespresso machine in the lobby that was quite easy to use.

the location was convenient. it was very close to the park and the waterfront. i especially liked having a separate bedroom in the suite. it added some privacy.
The parking situation was a bit tight and not guaranteed. This was inconvenient. the room i stayed in was quite dated. i noticed some cracked paint, and the kitchen cabinets needed repair.

welcome basketstanley park
this place is right by stanley park. i really enjoyed it. the staff gave me a welcome basket, i think its a sweet touch. the kitchen also has everything i needed, and it was very clean.

the rooms has separate living spaces and it makes it easy to have some privacy. i also liked having two tvs so it was easy to keep everyone entertained.

i found staff friendly and also helpful, that is always what i expect in any hotel. they provided a welcome basket, and it was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel.
