the location proves amazing, placing you right in roma norte. walking distances to many places is a plus. free tea and coffee are available, so are filtered water. a gigantic bed was in the beautiful room. the massive tv helped on stormy nights.
i noticed no air conditioning existed, only portable fans. this factor becomes more noticeable when my room faces the window.

The hotel had a friendly helpful staff. the location was good and central to many things. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. It's quite good.
the electricity had an incident one night. it took a while to move me to another room. this new room also had no light in the bathroom.

there were many cafes and restaurants close by. it was easy to walk and find places to eat. a lot of nightlife was also available in the area.

Staff provided awesome communication since day one. they were super nice and friendly! the receptionist gave me lots of tips on spending the day in the city. They were attentive.

The check-in was simple. I arrived late and clear instructions helped me go straight to my room to rest. the staff was attentive to all my needs. its location felt safe for walking, with restaurants and bars nearby.
The room had a thin window to the hall. I heard every sound from people passing by. hot water was slow to arrive. It was frustrating after hours of travel not being able to shower immediately. the room felt simple for the price i paid. The bed was not very comfortable.
