La Caravella Restaurant, run by the Serandrei family, serves Venetian cuisine with a modern twist. Tradition and innovation combine in tasty, colorful, and innovative dishes, all accompanied by wines chosen by a sommelier. Two exclusive events are organized in collaboration with Le Chic Venise: February 11th, "The legend of Casanova" and February 18th, "Le Fantôme de l'Opéra," both from 6.30 pm. Two exclusive events for Saturday, July 17th include dinner at La Caravella and access to the terrace to admire the fireworks. The Serandrei family also operates the on-site La Caravella Restaurant, using only the finest seasonal ingredients. Dinner seating times are available at 7 pm and 9:15 pm for enjoying the evening around the city or moving towards the square to enjoy the fireworks.
