Sheraton Boston Hotel, Boston

The guest rooms feature renovated interiors with spacious windows and a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV. Each room includes a coffee maker and an adjustable desk with one chair. Some rooms offer views of Back Bay and the Charles River. Note that bathrooms vary: some have small step-over bathtubs with cloth shower curtains, while others include roll-in showers. Bathroom design may lack adequate bathroom fans, hooks, and functional sinks. Towels are rough, and some rooms have noisy heating/cooling vents.

On-site dining includes the MARKET for grab-and-go items and SideBar. Due to ongoing renovations, the main restaurant and bar are closed. Room service is available but offers a limited menu, and a $25 fee applies for microwave use. Guests can also access eateries in the connected Prudential Center, which includes Dunkin', CVS, and full-service restaurants.

Steps from Copley Square, the hotel is attached to the Prudential Center, providing direct indoor access to shopping and dining. It is 2 km from the Museum of Fine Arts and 3 km from Boston Common. Public transport is nearby: the Green Line tram (Prudential stop) is inside the mall, and Bus #7 connects to Central Station. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to local attractions.

Services include a 24-hour front desk, concierge, currency exchange, and express check-in/check-out. Business facilities include a business center, fax/photocopying, and meeting spaces. Valet parking costs $70 per night, and an electric vehicle charging station is available. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with raised toilets and grab rails. Dry cleaning, ironing, and breakfast in-room are offered. Security features include fire extinguishers, CCTV, and key card access.
