I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The lounge access was a nice perk, and the service was fairly attentive. However, I encountered major issues with my room, which was not maintained well and had some cleanliness concerns. The overall experience left me wanting more, especially given the investment I made by using my points for the stay.
