The lounge staff provided great service. Adan Hernandez, Jose Alcatel, Mariel, and Alma were very attentive. They remembered me throughout my stay. They ensured I was well taken care of . The location is convenient with an amazing view of the Angel.

The check-in took a long time and I had to wait two hours for the second room. Shower water pressure was lacking .
