The staff was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. The gym was spacious and had a complete set of equipment. I especially enjoyed the diverse food options, with both local and international dishes offered I found this very convenient. I am happy with the service in general.

The lounge staff provided great service. Adan Hernandez, Jose Alcatel, Mariel, and Alma were very attentive. They remembered me throughout my stay. They ensured I was well taken care of . The location is convenient with an amazing view of the Angel.

The check-in took a long time and I had to wait two hours for the second room. The elevators were slow and outdated furniture was present in the room. Shower water pressure was lacking .
