Wonderful location and amazing staff
helpful staff early check-in great room valet service
The staff were very helpful. Mathilde helped me with an early check-in. Jorge ensured we were able to check into our room early with ease. Willy directed the Valet service very well. It was on top of things.
The bed was very soft. I found the soft pillows kept falling into a small gap between the bed and the wall behind.

The location is fabulous. It is across the street from the Beverly Center. I could walk a short distance to Melrose Place. Fine and casual dining options are abundant in the area.

excessive parking fee poorly-maintained pool
the location proved very convenient, placing me close to various attractions.
i encountered an issue with the parking fee. paying $71.50 for overnight parking felt excessive, especially since there was no self-parking option. additionally, the pool looked old and not well kept, detracting from the overall appeal.

charmed by every touch
amazing drinks remodeled patio cute team
last night killed it at the salsa venue. the drinks were amazing, and mathew and carlos, from the security team, welcomed me and my friends. the lobby look fancy and the remodeled patio impress. i will recommend this hotel for sure.
The bed felt soft, perhaps a little too soft. The pillows kept falling into a small gap between the bed and the wall.

the room had a king-size bed that felt new, it provide a restful sleep after my outings. the bathroom features italian marble and provided molton brown toiletries, which i found smell really nice. the air conditioning works perfectly and was not too loud.

the hotel restaurant include a breakfast menu with many choices, and i also enjoy their dinner options. a bar offered a wide selection of cocktails, and the bar staff was attentive to every detail. prices seemed reasonable and the ambiance invite to enjoy.

The hotel locate near shopping options, which offer many option if you want to buy things. i saw that the hotel is close to many famous landmarks and attractions. the area feels safe and has well-lit streets at night. I like it.
