The spa includes an indoor pool, hammam, hot tub, sauna, and a fitness centre with Technogym equipment and personal training. Treatments include Moroccan hammam scrubs, massages, facials, and body wraps. Evening entertainment includes live music at Lawrence Bar and a DJ at So Lounge. The nightclub stays open until 4 a.m. and can be loud. There is also a games room, table tennis, and a children's playground.

Sofitel Marrakech Palais Impérial & Spa is an 800-metre walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square and 1 km from Bahia Palace. The hotel is next to a casino and a 15-minute walk from the Medina. Marrakech Menara Airport is a 10-minute drive away. A taxi to the Medina costs about 50 MAD. The hotel offers valet parking, a car service (availability may vary), and an electric vehicle charging station. Note that airport transfers booked through the hotel can cost significantly more than external providers.

The hotel provides a 24-hour reception with concierge, currency exchange, and luggage storage. Room service is available, and laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing are offered.
