kind staff very nice view
the staff was so kind. customer service went above expectations from check-in to check out! the views from my room were very nice. i will come back.
It caused arrival and departure to be stressful. the redecoration after the purchase was also not great.

Really good Stay Experience
spacious room clean space comfortable mattresses
The room I had was spacious and very clean , and this met my expectations. Mattresses provided perfect support , and there were plenty of pillows available for extra comfort. All staff members were nice and tried to help with all my needs .
I noticed slight signs of wear and tear in some areas , but it did not significantly impact my experience.

An OK Stay
comfortable bed good drink great location poor soundproofing bad air conditioning unclear picture
The beds were quite comfortable. The bar looked great, and the drinks were good. The hotel had a convenient location.
The air conditioning unit worked poorly. It did not cool the entire space. The soundproofing on the 16th floor had issues, and I could hear noise from nearby rooms. Some TV stations did not have clear pictures.
