lucy was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and cute. she seems to care about your stay.

i couldn't get the temperature right in the room. it was either too hot or too cold. the pillows were too soft for me, so i didn't sleep as well as i'd hoped. the shower pressure was also quite weak, i needed a stronger flow.

I found an ev charging point at the front of the building. It was free to use. the named dog bowl was a nice touch, and the room was very clean. i also received slippers in a welcome basket, so i appreciated the additional touch.

the mini fridge had some odour, so i couldn't use it.

the room upgrade was a nice surprise (i really appreciated it). the personalised dog bowl was a very thoughtful touch for my dog. he also loved the treats and toy provided.

the mini fridge had a slight odour, so i chose not to use it.

lucy seems to genuinely care about your stay she is a friendly host the hotel is very dog friendly i appreciate the high cleaning standards considering this the location is a great base to explore dorset with the train station nearby there were doggy welcome packs and treats available

i couldn't use the mini fridge there was some odour i found this inconvenient the room was quite small i would have preferred a larger space there was no window to look outside
