surprisingly pleasant stay

The room was clean and spacious. The bed provided great comfort. i found the shared kitchen with the garden to be a charming addition. and a washer and dryer available really helped us traveling from overseas since we packed light.
the shower seal was broken. i also noticed the grout in the shower had grime. it could have been cleaner.

excellent location secure system clean room
the location was excellent. it was easy to access the underground stations, specifically west kensington. i also liked the key pad system used for both the main entrance and my room (it felt very secure). the room was clean and the bathroom was in good condition.
the tv remote was missing a battery cover.
