Really good Stay with Thoughtful Details

I found the staff super attentive. Catarina's attention to detail was really good. Her customer service skills were excellent. The hotel was clean, and the location allowed easy walking distance to the Duomo. I will return.
The shower drain had an unpleasant smell that filled the room after exploring all day. Entering the room was not enjoyable. I hope they can fix this issue to improve future stays.

I appreciated the cool interior design. It looked exactly like the pictures. the garden area was nice (a small oasis!), and i found the whole place very clean. i also found the bed comfortable, a welcome treat after a long day.
The sound insulation wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.
