My room included a king studio. The room had a large desk area (very useful). I saw great art pieces throughout the hotel.

good food decent coffee cigarette smell no-smoking policies
i appreciated the location. the ground floor cafe had decent food and coffee.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. the new room was only slightly better, and stricter no-smoking policies are a must. It affected the experience negatively.

seamless experience dedicated team direct delivery
I enjoyed the seamless experience from valet to my room. frederick clark and his team were really good too return my misplaced car keys. they confirmed my id and delivered them directly to me. I WAS SO THANKFUL. it made every penny spent on the room count.
the restaurant only had a b rating from the health department i found that an issue.

the hotel features a valet service ensuring a convenient arrival. openaire is available who like to be social. a shepard fairey mural adds to the artistic atmosphere that you can enjoy.

the king room mountain view has a great layout which helps to take advantage of the large windows. electric blinds are included for adjusting light levels. the design is minimal and beautiful that i appreciate.

the hotel's location is close to many stores and also to ktown. this makes exploring local dining and entertainment options easy. being near the subway made transit accessible AND convenient.

the staff is friendly and accommodating i found. the valet staff, including john and mehari, provided Really good service. amari, the valet, offered a professional and warm greeting that i appreciated.

mountain view room's window coffee availability hotel lobby room design poor cleanliness closed pool area sub par amenities
I liked the mountain view right from my room's window. the coffee availability at the hotel lobby helps to kick start each morning, so convenient. the room design was nice too. I really appreciated it.
The cleanliness wasn't great. This has really gone down. overall, the amenities were not the best. the pool area felt dirty, and it was even closed on some days. It was a bummer, honestly.

the room was clean and the location is convenient. it was good for going around. i appreciated that the staff were always professional.
