The Panoramic By Xperience Hotels offers air-conditioned studios and apartments with a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a microwave, fridge, stovetop, and coffee machine. Each unit has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries, plus a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Some rooms overlook the garden. The two-bedroom apartment includes a living room and additional bathrooms. Note that this is an aparthotel, not a traditional hotel, and housekeeping is provided every three days.
Dining Options
The property has a coffee house on site but no full restaurant or bar. Breakfast is available but basic - often a box with toast, jam, coffee, and water. Guests must stock their own fridge as no food or drinks are sold at the hotel. Several restaurants are nearby, including Tony's Pizza and other local spots in the La Veleta area.

The standout feature is the 360° rooftop infinity pool with a 12-meter waterfall, offering sunset views over the jungle. There is also an artificial cenote and a panoramic glass elevator. Location and Transportation
The Panoramic is located in the La Veleta neighborhood of Tulum, 6 km from the Tulum Archeological Site and 2.6 km from Tulum Bus station. Nearby natural attractions include Cenote Cristal and Cenote Escondido, as well as Parque Nacional Tulum. The hotel is about 2 miles from downtown and the beach, so taxis are necessary. The access road is unpaved with potholes, which may cause higher taxi fares. Cozumel International Airport is 85 km away, and the hotel offers a paid airport shuttle service.
Services and Policies
The 24-hour front desk provides concierge service and security. Express check-in/check-out is available. Pets are allowed. Additional services include a paid airport shuttle (pickup and drop-off), bike rentals, and taxi arrangements by staff. There is no room service, no daily housekeeping (only every three days), and no on-site store for food or water. Guests must pay a deposit upon check-in. The hotel also has a designated smoking area and CCTV for security.
