I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. On the plus side, the spacious suites and luxurious decor stood out, making my stay feel quite special. However, the service was inconsistent, with various issues causing quite a bit of frustration during my visit. While the location was fantastic for exploring the nearby attractions, the challenges I faced with staff responses really took away from the overall experience.
