Underwhelming stay.
attentive staffwarped floorleaking vent
The staff were very attentive and accommodating .
The room was not up to par. There was a puddle at the entryway from the air-conditioning vent. The floor was warped from the leaking, a problem I noticed recurred throughout my stay (even after housekeeping attempted to fix it).

i had a lovely little staycation in a suite. shirley and john at the front desk were friendly (they offered great service). everyone was nice, and my room was spacious. we had all the information needed for a relaxing visit.
the forced valet parking at $45 per night felt a little steep.

The staff greeted me every time i entered the lobby. when i called with a request, it received immediate attention. There was no delay. the service was prompt and courteous, a helpful experience.

i found the staff very professional. the rooms have comfortable beds. i liked the daily shuttle service, it made getting around convenient (i didn't have to worry about traffic).

The beds and pillows provided excellent comfort. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel's aesthetics were beautiful. The front desk staff seemed genuinely happy to assist us and were consistently friendly.
I found that the overnight parking fee was a bit expensive.
