Thikana Delhi offers five recently renovated rooms, each featuring a modern ensuite bathroom with free toiletries, a walk-in shower, and a bidet. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee station with a selection of teas and coffees, and a sitting area. Rooms have either city or inner courtyard views. Televisions are available in the shared lounges. Guests can make use of the wireless internet connection available at the public areas of the property. Each room is provided with Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtered drinking water in reusable glass bottles.
Dining options
A freshly prepared warm breakfast with Indian and continental options is included, featuring artisanal breads, seasonal fruits, homemade preserves, eggs to order, masala chai, South Indian filter coffee, and juices. Every morning includes a rotating menu of Indian specials such as aloo paranthas and rava masala dosa. Home-cooked meals are available on request between 12pm and 9pm if notified by 11 AM. Between meals, snacks such as masala cheese toast, fresh fruit bowls, and traditional lassi are available. Guests can order traditional Indian meals from area eateries; crockery and cutlery are provided in the dining area.
Leisure and entertainment
Guests have access to multiple living rooms, patios, and a roof deck. The local Gulmohar Club features a fully equipped gym with extensive cardio equipment and weights. There is Bollywood movie night at home. The Hauz Khas Village is a short drive away.

Thikana Delhi is located in South Delhi, in an upper-class and safe area of Delhi. It is a 10-minute walk from Green Park Metro Station (Yellow Line), which connects to Connaught Place, Old Delhi, Qutub Minar, and Gurgaon. The Hauz Khas Village is a short drive away. City Select Mall, Saket, is a 20-minute drive (7 km). Dilli Haat is a 20-minute drive (12 / 4 km). Taxis, Uber and Ola are available. Taxi arrangements can be made by calling the Gulmohar Park taxi stand.
