I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding, especially with Leticia and the front desk team being extremely accommodating. However, my room was not clean at all, which put a damper on my stay. The facilities, especially the pool, were lovely and contributed positively to my time there. Overall, there's potential, but the cleanliness needs serious attention.
