The shower was a real issue. i found it nearly impossible to get a consistent temperature. It swung wildly from scalding hot to icy cold. it seemed like i was gambling with every shower. the absence of daily cleaning also bugged me. I had to request fresh towels, and dealing with trash became a minor hassle..

The apartment was spacious and clean. i found the location very convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage storage before check-in. i appreciated the overall safety and accessibility of the neighborhood.
the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

The area features many restaurants, and an oxxo convenience store is very close by for essential supplies. This made grabbing quick snacks easy. nearby restaurants offer diverse culinary experiences, all within a short walk, very convenient.

The room included great finishes and a king-size bed. There was also an additional bedroom, a plus. the layout provided ample space, and the provided appliances made it simple to settle. everything felt modern and well-kept.

The location is within walking distance of la roma norte and the cibeles area. It allows easy access to tourist spots. accessibility to public transport, tours, and restaurants makes it very convenient. i felt safe walking around at night.

The place offer a gym. It is large and provided adequate equipment for my workout. The staff was friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed all my questions.
The shower head require replacement. The water pressure was low, especially during peak hours. The bathroom had a strange smell coming from inside the cabinets
