“For a practical base close to both the town and UMass, this spot makes a lot of sense, especially considering what other options charge for parking alone. Rooms include necessities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, plus reliable climate control. Sure, it's no-frills, but the location and price strike a good balance.”
