valet service cute staff nearby restaurants
the valet service impressed me from the start. the staff's genuine welcome created such a great atmosphere. i loved how the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops (perfect for romantic strolls!).
the hotel building seemed older, which wasn't quite what i anticipated from prior experiences.

the oysters at dovetail were superb, a highlight (i recommend trying them!). the food service was of high quality, both by the pool and during breakfast.

my viceroy king room had comfortable beds, essential for a restful stay. the accessible room was comfortable and had nice decorations. the rooms had a unique design and were clean.

polite staff convenient parking friendly environment available staff
The staff was polite and always available to solve any issues. Valet parking worked very conveniently and was easy to use. When I asked questions about local attractions, the staff willingly provided directions and tips. The hotel provided a very friendly environment (I felt welcomed).
The gym was not very well equipped, offering only a limited selection of machines.

The hotel restaurant offered fresh and flavorful meals with attentive service. The bar staff was cute and made great cocktails. Room service arrived quickly and provided tasty options.

The rooftop pool area had comfortable loungers and umbrellas. Dispensers with water were available throughout the hotel. The hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants, and bars. A daily amenity fee covered wifi access.

spacious room nice decoration helpful staff leaking window closed pool erroneous fee
i appreciated the water machine in the lobby. i could easily refill my water bottle there. all the staff were great. the king room was spacious and nicely decorated. the bathroom and shower were wonderfully large.
the windows needed replacement. they were leaking and didn't do justice to the nice room. i found out the pool was closed. we were charged a bar fee that wasn't ours.
