Decent Location, but Some Issues

The hotel is located conveniently, within walking distance of the main attractions.
The check-in process felt impersonal. I arrived late in the afternoon and was surprised to find no staff at reception, instead, I had to manage with a complicated system of codes and online instructions. The breakfast was adequate, but the scrambled eggs seemed like leftovers from the previous day (they were cold).
