I found the room clean. It was a relaxing experience. the staff was friendly. I received helpful service when i needed it. the hotel is located ideally for anyone visiting wells gray provincial park. i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was a nice touch.
the heater in my room made a loud noise during the night. it woke me up a couple of times (minor inconvenience, really).

The heater in my room did not get past 19 degrees. It made loud noises when it turned on during the night.

the rooms exterior looked a bit run down. the hallway seemed dark. the complimentary breakfast took ages, like nearly an hour, for just bacon and eggs. the place definitely need a refresh. everything looked old. it was clean enough but not my favorite part. I thought the service was slow and disorganized.
