The outdoor pool was surrounded by nature and situated on the air plain path, allowing views of airplanes landing overhead. Linda at the front desk accommodated every request related to my cat. The spa provided an excellent mani and pedi. The service was superb.

The gym was not well-equipped and lacked maintenance. The equipment squeaked a lot and no staff were present to monitor it.

The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to departure.

Waiting for an elevator took 15 minutes. This was very inconvenient. The room was old and somewhat dark. Curtains looked ripped. It was not worth the price.
