The hotel offers a breakfast buffet Tuesday-Friday from 6 a.m.-11 a.m., Saturday-Monday (and on public holidays and long week-ends) from 7 a.m.-11 a.m., featuring local, organic, and fair-trade products. Guest Garden and Sustainability
Der Wilhelmshof features a guest garden with art by Ty Waltinger. The hotel uses a solar system and a groundwater heat pump for carbon-neutral heating, cooling, and water heating. More than half of the energy for water heating comes from its solar plant. The hotel uses micro dry steam cleaning in rooms and public areas, saving water and avoiding chemicals.
