fantastic stay with great access
plenty hangers nice kitchen comfortable bed
the room was very large, with two closets that included plenty of hangers. a nice kitchen area, good sized bathroom, and a large living area featured a great sized comfortable bed. i could leave my luggage for free all day after checkout since my flight was late. porters at the entrance were talkative and always ready to greet me with a smile.
I paid for a more expensive room. early check-in was not accommodated, despite other parties clearly getting it. It was frustrating i had to wait.

the location has easy access to the subway. the hotel is at the bottom of the street where the rocky statue stands, a must see, and victory brewing company is just across the road.

con murphy's pub is below the hotel. this is a lovely spot for drinks, food, and sports on tv. a great food and drink menu is in the room for convenience, also, breakfast is great there.

the staff were very pleasant. the porters at the entrance were always talkative, they were ready to greet you with a smile and offer advice. free coffee and tea is available in this area in the morning, a nice touch.

The room included a small kitchenette complete with a microwave, refrigerator, and stovetop, quite useful. On-site parking offered direct access to the hotel, and I appreciated the convenience of 24-hour availability. The hotel is walkable to attractions.
The fitness center equipment looked dated. Some machines showed wear. It could benefit from newer models.

A quick breakfast was available in the observation lounge, this offered muffins, fruit, and coffee. Snacks were stocked throughout the day, a great addition to the amenities. I was very satisfied.

full-sized refrigerator complimentary coffee dust on furniture unresponsive front desk
i liked that the kitchenette included all necessary appliances. it had a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel provides a complimentary coffee in the morning, this was convenient.
my room had some issues with cleanliness. I saw dust on the furniture and the carpet needed vacuuming. The front desk wasn't always responsive to calls. It took several tries to get through.

fantastic family stays!
city view handy kitchenette delicious coffee
my family and i stayed for four nights in a one bedroom king suite (it had ample space!). the balcony offered a great view of the city. the kitchenette was really handy. the closets are huge. morning coffee was free and quite delicious.
the pool was not very clean during one evening swim, unfortunately. i saw some hair and debris floating (it wasn't the best experience). i hope they can improve the cleaning schedule.

The room had a HUGE closet and apartment-size kitchen. The K cups supplied tasted GREAT. I would stay here again.
The windows were drafty, and the curtains did NOT work properly. The oven door didn't shut COMPLETELY. I was very disappointed.

warm welcome comfortable stay heated pool
The staff was so kind and helpful, they gave me a warm welcome. i really liked the kitchen in the one bedroom apartment, it. the rooftop heated pool was a good surprise. I loved to swim there.
the street noise was sometimes loud at night, i wished the windows block more sound.

The hotel is within an easy walk to the schuylkill river, where there is a running path. the path goes by the famous rocky steps. It made my morning walks lovely. a brewery is next door, too.
