My stay at the hotel started on a positive note with a nice junior suite that was fairly spacious and clean. We had a lovely view of the city, which was a highlight. However, the experience turned sour when it came to dining and service; we received the wrong juice and faced some issues with the bar services. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
