the location was amazing. i found great places to eat, and everything was within walking distance. the room was clean and the facilities were well equipped.
the room felt old, i could see peeling paint. the elevators seemed slow, and there was often a line to use them.

I actually slept great in my room. the beds feel like a cloud. i really like the fast elevators. plus, the valet guys were also super nice, always quick with my car.
i will say the room was kinda small for what i paid. it seemed like i was paying for the location more than the space itself.

There is a coffee shop inside. Soleil, the barista, does an awesome job, always smiling, and makes the best lattes. i saw the restaurant staff, and they seemed nice and hardworking, always keeping the place clean.

this spot is in a very convenient location, close to everything. it is right by the allegheny river and point state park. pnc stadium is nearby and there is easy access to public transportation with a subway and tram station right outside.

my junior suite was modern and clean, with a great view of downtown. it had comfortable beds and nice pillows. the size was decent. the room was a good quiet place after a long day.

the hotel has a working hot tub and a pool. the business center is handy for printing documents. the gym has updated equipment. also, valet parking service is available, though i will say it is a bit expensive.
