The hotel had a lot of potential, especially with its beach access and pool areas, but there were significant issues that affected my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and some staff interactions were disappointing. However, the larger pool area and beach access were highlights worth noting, making it somewhat of a mixed bag overall.

The room cleanliness was a major concern; I found dark stains on the carpet and the odor was unpleasant. Additionally, the toilet was not clean upon my arrival.
