During my stay at 3 Palms, the hotel location was convenient and overall cleanliness was appreciated. However, I found the facilities and service lacking as the staff seemed overwhelmed and the amenities need upgrading. The atmosphere felt chaotic at times, especially around the pool area. While the room was acceptable for a night, I would explore other options in the future.
