acceptable location, some issues
single sofa bed missing toiletries
location WAS great.
unfortunately, the apartment wasn't as described. i booked an apartment that sleeps 4 people with a double bed and sofa bed, but the sofa bed was a single. the facilities were good overall BUT there were no toiletries even though this was listed in the description. i also had no iron and when i messaged the hotel to request one, i received no response.

Fantastic Apartment Near Everything!
tram line coffee shops building interior tea coffee
I appreciated the proximity to the tram line, it was super convenient. The surrounding area has many good coffee shops and charming pubs. I really liked the building's interior design. It felt very special. The self-catering setup provided a good supply of tea and coffee.
The corridor leading up the stairs to the apartment did not feel luxurious.

The apartment is near a tram stop, about 100 meters away. It takes around 15 minutes to reach the city center. A pub is on the ground floor and a café is right across the street.

stylish apartment hallway interior design well equipped apartment many stairs top floor noise at night
the apartment was very stylish. the interior design included a fine hallway. the photos really don't show how beautiful it is. the apartment was well equipped too.
i found there were quite a few stairs, that was a surprise. being on the top floor meant it wasn't very spacious. at night it was very hot with the windows closed and too noisy with them open.

wonderful apartment stay
spacious apartment convenient location easy access
i found the apartment really spacious and well-equipped it definitely suited my needs. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby cafes and the tram stop was very close. the key collection was straightforward and i liked that the staff communicated all the details well in advance.
unfortunately, the stairwell leading up to the apartment smelled strongly of sewage it was not a very cute first impression. i think it would be beneficial if they addressed this issue to improve the experience upon arrival.

charming leith stay
helpful staff gorgeous apartment
Alyssa was really helpful when i arrived. She saw me struggling. the apartment was gorgeous, it included two bathrooms. the fully equipped kitchen had everything i needed for cooking! location was near the shore area and leith, it was quite convenient.
The wifi networks listed were intermittent downstairs. this made streaming or video calls difficult at times. I hope they can improve it. upstairs it worked perfectly though. that was the only real downside to my experience, everything else was wonderful.

The unit had a modern washing machine and a dryer. Laundry was easy. there was also a dishwasher. It really helped after cooking. the kitchen was very well-equipped and modern.

stocked kitchen convenient transport insulated apartment
The kitchen was very well stocked. It even included tea, coffee, and oil. biscuits made the children happy (that was a very nice gesture!). public transport was very convenient too. the apartment was well insulated, so we did not hear other guests.
The apartment was advertised for four people. the sofa bed was suitable for only one adult. Another adult had to sleep on cushions.

the tram stop is only a short walk away. it takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the city centre by tram. several lovely cafes and restaurants are very close by.
i noticed the apartment walls were a little thin.
