Wonderful Stay in an Elegant Setting
attentive staff spacious room modern bathroom efficient luggage
The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout my visit. My room was quite spacious and traditionally decorated, it had a modern bathroom with updated lighting. The breakfast was solid (I especially enjoyed the eggs!) and the arrival of orders was very prompt. I found the welcome during check-in very good and my luggage was handled efficiently.
I noticed a slight delay in email responses from the concierge at times.

This building has a beautiful heritage and a charming entrance that provides a cute atmosphere. Fresh linens and room refreshes were provided daily, as well as a helpful turn-down service . The building itself seems to be well kept.

Breakfast had a good selection of options. The staff maintained a friendly, helpful attitude. I found the breakfast service attentive and efficient, particularly regarding warm beverage service and cutlery delivery.

The location is central and offers convenient access to various points of interest. Several metro stations are nearby which facilitates movement around the city. I found it very easy to walk to many key attractions from the hotel.

the staff was polite. my room had spacious, sunlit spaces. the courtyard seemed inviting. the location proved really convenient.
the dining room seemed overcrowded. the room's narrowness put all guests on top of one another. this created a less than ideal atmosphere, though the choice of food was adequate.

central location friendly staff luxury toiletries turndown service
The location was very central to attractions. It was easy getting around. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. My room came well-appointed with luxury toiletries and fresh linens. The hotel also provided a daily turndown service, which I found very charming!
The elevator was a bit slow at times though it wasn't a major problem.
