My friend and i got an unexpected suite upgrade! it seemed like having our own apartment with two bedrooms! the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. The reception and cleaning teams stood out. the breakfast was excellent too!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even helped with a forgotten adapter! i appreciated the good snacks available at the help desk, it was a nice touch. my balcony gave me a fine view, which really enhanced my stay. the team was quick to assist with any needs i had.
The cleanliness wasn't the best, and there was some grime in the bathroom. This needed more attention.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, including the arc de triomphe and the champs-élysées. multiple metro stations are within walking distance. The l1 is 600 meters away, and the l2 is 500 meters away.

The staff speaks several languages including arabic, english, spanish, and italian. This is very helpful for international guests. staff members are available and ready to assist with requests at any time. breakfast restaurant staff was amazing!!

The breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice. That is a great touch! breakfast offers a sufficient spread, including excellent cheeses. several restaurants, franprix, and carrefour are located within 200 meters of the hotel.

The location were great. I could easily walk to many attractions. The hotel also provided umbrellas which were very helpful because it rained. Breakfast was very good, it had a lot of options.
The bar, it were poorly stocked. Mixups happened, there was poor communication. I think facilities were lacking.

the staff was friendly. they made sure my room was ready quickly when i arrived. i really appreciated the air conditioning in my room. it was nice to return to a cool space after being out in the heat! the hotel's location was perfect for my planned activities. i found several excellent restaurants nearby.
the gym was a bit small. it could have had a wider variety of equipment.

my classic double room was very clean. it included a comfortable king-sized bed and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. the minibar was well-stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks and was replenished daily!
