i found the service sensational. the concierge, receptionists, and waiters seemed professional. every area of the hotel felt good to me (the restaurant, the lobby, etc.).
the hotel is near noisy bars and clubs. i had little sleep as party goers kept me awake (until 3:30am every night).

This accommodation has a great location. Cosimo at the reception gave useful advice. He mapped out the attractions and provided guidance that really improved my trip. The breakfast had a marvelous spread and the bar made good cocktails. I enjoyed a good treat with my drink.
The hotel charged fees I did not agree to. They added euros without consent. I already paid the employees in my room charges.
