the location provided easy access to transport.. it was about eight minutes to santa maria novella train station on foot. breakfasts included many choices. the rooms appear well-kept and clean.

the hotel's location was very convenient. it was an easy walk to the train station. i also found it easy to walk to the tourist spots and car rentals. the breakfast selection was good. it included a variety of choices, so i had a relaxed morning. the staff were very friendly. they kept my room very clean.
the air conditioning did not allow guests to adjust the fan speed. i could only endure a strong draft or turn it off.

the hotel location meant i could easily walk to sites. i found the staff friendly. breakfast had lots of options. the room was clean. the laundromat next door proved useful. it meant i got a wash done quickly and easily. i was very pleased with how handy this was for me.
my bathroom was dated. i noticed a loud noise when i opened the tap. the tissue holder was not fixed to the wall, i found it kept falling. the shower soap dispenser ran empty on my second day, this wasnt so good.

the hotel is close to both the train station and the main city attractions i found this convenient. The room i stayed in was spacious and well-kept everything was clean and the air conditioning worked well during the hot weather. Luggage storage was available which helped with an early arrival.
