I found the staff very friendly and helpful! the location is really central. I easily walked to all the main attractions. breakfast included a generous buffet with good variety. I especially liked the pastries!

The hotel is located close to major attractions. I could walk to the duomo in minutes. the area around the hotel offers various dining options. the hotel's location is very convenient. I was able to explore many sites on foot!

the breakfast buffet featured pastries, breads, meats, and cheeses. i also had the option to order specific coffee drinks! the rooms are cleaned daily, i appreciated fresh towels. the hotel provides air conditioning.

The location proved acceptable and close to attractions.
The room I was assigned was not great. The television was small, it offered few channels, and the picture quality was poor. The bathroom needed work as there was visible wear and tear, though it was very clean.

The location was excellent. Close to the main attractions. And some fantastic restaurants. Transport links were also nearby. Breakfast was great! I had a good selection of food. Though there were no hot options. Our room was actually a suite. And it had a bathroom plus two bedrooms.
The AC did not work in our room. The windows did not close fully. It got noisy. And cold. I asked for more blankets but the staff told me that they could not help me. They had already left for the day.

the location is very central. it is a short walk to the attractions (i walked everywhere). breakfast was a buffet and had many options. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the street noise at night made it a little difficult to sleep some nights.

ineffective air conditioningstreet noise
i found the room a bit underwhelming it seemed smaller than expected given the description. the air conditioning was not very effective even after i reported it to the front desk there was little improvement. the temperature remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night , made sleep difficult. the noise from the street below was also noticeable despite the closed windows i could clearly hear traffic and people talking late into the night. this detracted from the overall experience i had hoped for a more restful stay.

The breakfast buffet offered a LOT of options. The location was central, near the main square! The staff gave good advice for local sites.
The sink had debris! THE ceiling had water stains. The air conditioning did not work. I was there in october.
