river view helpful staff prime location quality food
It was comfy, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The location was fantastic. Easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered good quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
I found the parking a bit unclear. It wasn't obvious that it would cost extra per day.

The hotel sits in a central location near major attractions. It's convenient for exploring the area. Access to the river is very close. Many restaurants and cafes are easily accessible nearby. Walking to landmarks takes only a few minutes.

The river view room included all necessary amenities. It was very clean. The air conditioning worked VERY well, even in hot weather. I found the bed and pillows comfortable. A powerful shower was included with dressing gowns and slippers provided.

a river view stay
convenient location great breakfast fantastic view
the location was convenient and central. breakfast offered many choices and tasted great. i enjoyed my room greatly. it had a fantastic view of the arno river. the ponte vecchio. i found that view especially beautiful at night.
upon arrival, i found valet parking was offered. i thought the 40 euro per day cost was a bit steep. i would have liked clearer pricing details before.

the staff was always helpful and friendly. the staff provided excellent recommendations for dinner options in the area. their suggestions were appreciated and enhanced my travel experience, contributing to a very enjoyable stay.

my bedroom was nicely furnished and clean, i enjoyed it. the room was very spacious and well-kept. the large windows provided ample natural light. there was an excellent view of the arno river from the windows.
