The location was convenient! it was a short walk from the main train station. the staff was consistently helpful! they provided quick assistance with luggage storage. i found the hotel restaurant offered excellent meal options for dinner. Also the breakfast had many choices. i greatly appreciated this.
the in-room wifi signal was occasionally weak. this made it difficult to stream videos.

I found the staff very professional and helpful. the hotel's location is excellent, very close to many attractions and the train station. the restaurant was a good choice. I thought the food was delicious and the staff were lovely. the rooms were very clean and well-kept.

the room felt quite stuffy i could not get the air conditioning to work properly it seemed stuck at 23 degrees even when i turned it off the system would restart when i was out i returned to a cold room the breakfast buffet was large but the food was not great
