i appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the city center. it provided convenient access. i enjoyed walking through the expansive park, a true highlight with olive trees. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i found the air conditioning in my room inadequate, difficult to sleep comfortably during the warmer nights.

The room was cleaned daily. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. I really appreciated the shuttle service to the edge of the city. It picked me up again too (this saved a lot on taxis!).
The air conditioning did not suffice (it was quite warm). Luckily, extra fans were provided. Dinner at the restaurant was good but not great. The wine list was also insufficient and expensive.

I found the staff respectful and professional. Sarah's helpfulness made me happy with my choice (she even speaks multiple languages!). I got some excellent tips about the city from her. The free shuttle to the city center was very useful.
The air conditioning did struggle a bit with the summer heat.
