the location was quite convenient. i could walk to several attractions from there. the staff was helpful with directions. the room came with complimentary water bottles each day.
the shower was rather small. it was difficult to move around. the air conditioning unit was not very effective. the elevator only fits one person. it took a while to go up and down.

The location was acceptable close to many attractions
The noise from the street was a problem I could hear everything. The hot water in the shower lasted only a few minutes it was quite annoying. The mattress was hard and the quilt was thin.

The location is superb. I walked to the Duomo and the train station in under 10 minutes! The staff were friendly and offered helpful advice. I could leave my suitcases after check-out. That was convenient.
The shower was a bit small.

The room had a bright and spacious feel. It was perfect for one person. Drinking water was provided daily, which I appreciated! The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

fantastic stay near everything!

I was so impressed with the location. It was a quick walk to the main attractions and the train station. addie at the front desk was super helpful, giving me tips for shopping and dinner (she was a lifesaver!). breakfast was great, especially since i had an early train to pisa and they made sure i was well-fed before i left.
the shower space was really small, maybe 2.5' x 2.5', and the bathroom felt cramped overall. the ac wasn't very strong either, i was like it could've been better, especially during warmer days. (maybe next time i'll bring a portable fan!).

the location was central to attractions and the train station was close by which was convenient. the staff was available when needed.
the room i booked was smaller than i expected. the bathroom was very cramped it made showering uncomfortable. street noise was a problem as the windows did little to block out sounds of traffic and people late into the night.
