Executive Rooms, located on higher floors, provide 25 square meters with a queen-size or two single beds. Junior Suites have a king-size bed and a living area, covering 35 square meters. The Suite Medici spans 53 square meters, offering views of the Medici chapels, Roberto Cavalli cosmetics, a king-size bed, and a living room. Rooms include a Nespresso coffee machine, a flat-screen TV, soundproofing, air conditioning, and a safe. Bathrooms provide a rain shower, hairdryer, and toiletries. Connecting rooms are not available. Every afternoon we offer you a free afternoon snack from 5 to 7 pm.

The breakfast buffet offered delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the variety available each morning. The hotel staff, especially Stefania, provided helpful assistance. The location proved convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions.

I noticed a sewage smell in the reception area on the ground floor throughout my visit.

I found the staff were kind and accommodating. They seemed genuinely invested in our comfort. the breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options. our room was always immaculate, a testament to the staff's dedication to cleanliness.

the elevators felt quite small, it sometimes made navigating the hotel a bit slow though it never dampened our spirits.

I found the hotel near to the train station. Shops and restaurants were close. The Duomo and central square were easily accessible. The bed was VERY comfortable. The large walk in shower was functional.
