I found the multi-room stay spacious and interesting. The view from the rooftop was great. I appreciated the super friendly and hardworking staff. Its proximity to Santa Maria Novella and local museums enhanced my experience.
I noticed that the walls were a bit thin, allowing some noise from the hallway to be heard.

The location was excellent. It was close to many attractions. I appreciated the rooftop access. The views were amazing. The room was cleaned daily. This was a great service. I also found the closet and drawers useful for storing clothes.
I found that the lack of air conditioning was a real problem. The room became uncomfortably hot, especially with the windows closed for security.

I found the location convenient to many main attractions. the rooftop bar offered amazing views. I especially enjoyed the duomo view. the staff were very kind and helpful during my entire stay. i was grateful for the elevator, a great help with luggage.
the room was a bit noisy at night due to street activity, even with the windows closed.

I found the location to be central, very near to the main square. The rooftop bar provides a nice view of the main church. The staff were friendly, and they allowed me to store my luggage after I checkout. This was great value.
The noise from the street at night bothered me a bit. I heard garbage trucks a few times.
