The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were available at all times. the hotel location is great, with walking distance from all major tourist attractions. the family room was quite spacious. It was good for my family.
it barely fits two people, unless they squeeze in. the reception is on a higher floor, but the rooms are on floor two or three. i had to leave the room key at reception before going out. It was inconvenient.
