a gem in the heart
early luggage storagespacious roomplentiful breakfast
the staff allowed us to store our luggage early , which let us start exploring right away. upon my return , the room was spacious and the bathroom was in good condition. the breakfast was plentiful , with a wide selection that really set the tone for the day.

the location was amazing, really central to everything i wanted to see. breakfast was good with decent variety, served on the top floor. the staff were polite and friendly, especially alessandro, he worked hard in the breakfast room to ensure everyone was happy.
The elevator was quite slow and small. Using the stairs to the fourth-floor reception was tiring.

The hotel features a terrace on the roof, offering city views. I spent some time there. the breakfast area is located on the top floor, i found it convenient, and the staff kept it clean and organized.

The double room included daily towel changes. That was appreciated. the air conditioning worked well. I was comfortable. the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. This contributed to a pleasant experience.

The reception staff stored my luggage after check-out, allowing me to explore a bit more. the staff offered useful recommendations for local restaurants. I tried one, it was great. the reception operates on the fourth floor. This is important to note.

the hotel location is great and close to all attractions! i stored my luggage after checkout, it was awesome. the rooftop had a very cool view of the city and i really enjoyed it. the breakfast was good too!
the shower pressure was poor, its true and it took ages to heat up! wifi also didn't work and this was really unconvinient for me. there was inconveniences like mosquito, yikes, despite keeping windows closed.

The elevator was tiny. This made access a little difficult with luggage.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were available at all times. the hotel location is great, with walking distance from all major tourist attractions. the family room was quite spacious. It was good for my family.
The elevator is small. it barely fits two people, unless they squeeze in. the reception is on a higher floor, but the rooms are on floor two or three. i had to leave the room key at reception before going out. It was inconvenient.
