comfortable arrangement useful kettle
my double room offered a comfortable arrangement. the kettle was indeed useful for preparing tea in the mornings.
The internal walls provided inadequate sound insulation. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

overall a decent stay
amazing location clean room free coffee many stairs rude staff unclear services
the location was amazing. it was a short walk to the main cathedral! the room was also super clean, i gotta say. free tea and coffee were available in the morning, super nice.
there were many stairs and no elevator, annoying. the staff member was a bit abrupt and rude, i must say. it wasn't always clear what services the hotel offered, either.

the location was great. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The building had beautiful rooms and communal areas. I enjoyed the coffee machine available each morning. Location made it very convenient, close to many attractions. I would consider returning.
Unfortunately, there was not a lift. Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs proved challenging.

romantic retreat
spacious room standing fan helpful staff
i found such a clean and spacious room with two single beds and one double bed it also included two floor standing fans. there was a sink and shower inside the room with large cabinets and a safe available i was happy. the staff were very kind and offered bowls when i asked for them.
the only slight inconvenience was the lack of a lift i had to carry my luggage up a few flights of stairs it was a small price to pay for such a good stay though.

the room was very grand and spacious i noticed that it remained cool even without air conditioning. it featured one large double bed and two single beds i thought it was really pretty. the decor enhanced its romantic atmosphere.

the location was excellent it was very near the duomo and cathedral in the heart of the city. it took me only twenty minutes to walk from firenze smn station. all main attractions were within walking distance which eliminated any need for transport.

while there wasn't a full dining service available i valued the coffee and tea provisions. the proximity to numerous local eateries made dining out convenient. i found several charming cafes just a short walk from the hotel.
