cold water stale breakfast

The hotel pool was advertised but it was too cold to use, disappointing. I heard staff saying its heating system was broken. Breakfast was basic. Some items seemed stale. The entrance felt unwelcoming. There was no real lobby with seating. I think they need to improve maintenance.

Amazing Hotel Experience

The room was super clean and beautifully presented. It was really comfortable. The whole hotel felt well-kept and cute. The spa was perfect and exactly what I needed after sightseeing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't soundproof. I could hear noises from others. It was not a big issue, but it was noticeable.

The location is central. Uffizi, Duomo and Academia are all within walking distance. Several restaurants are within easy reach of the hotel. The train station is also easily accessible.

The staff is very helpful. One staff member assisted me. They helped me purchase a train ticket for some of the local attractions. The front desk staff are also very friendly and accommodating, I appreciated their help.

The room was spacious and included a little kitchen area. Restaurant recommendations from staff was helpful. I found the private pool very relaxing. The location was quite near to main tourist sites.

I noticed that the air conditioning unit only blew air into the entrance hall. This meant that my room stayed too hot, this was quite an issue.

Breakfast had many options. I noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The restaurant near the hotel had very good meals. It was a convenient choice for dinner.

terrible smell unhelpful staff

the hotel's location was acceptable, close enough to walk to many sites.

the bathroom had a terrible smell, it really was so strong i had to put tissue in my nose. the receptionist knew, but nothing happened and they didn't fix it.
