i found the staff friendly. they. the rooms were very clean. i also thought the facilities were great. the bathroom had lovely elemis products, which i enjoyed. the location is fantastic, right on the park.
i experienced trouble getting a suitable room. check-in took over an hour. it was a struggle finding the right room. i eventually settled for an upgrade. the upgrade was to a noisy corner of the hotel above the restaurant, though.

The room had a central panel for lights and electronic curtains. I thought that was so cool. I loved the mirrored bathroom door, such a clever touch. The shower was spacious, and the soaps smelled very nice! This hotel really nailed the décor and functionality.
The bar staff were noticeably slow. It took quite a while to get served.

The breakfast had a varied selection of dishes, including vegetable yogurt! I tried tasty tea. The smell of cosmetics was also distinct near the dining area. It was a lovely touch.

The hotel is near the museum quarter and a park. Public transport is close! I borrowed an umbrella for 48 hours. I really enjoyed this perk.

the room was clean and the bed felt very comfortable. the location was great, very close to the museums. the staff was very accommodating as i arrived early.
i found the room was very cold. it had ongoing issues with the heating. it didn't stay running when i was out of the room (which was annoying).
