the location near the park felt very nice. the room included a rainfall shower and that felt premium. breakfast had tasty gluten free options and this helped me alot.
the in room coffee didn't get renewed on the second day i stayed here.

The location is near a large park with many trees. The area near the hotel includes several good restaurants. I found it easy to access the city center by tram from this location.
The coffee in the room was not replenished on the second day.

The location was convenient! right next to the park and fairly close to museums. The staff were genuinely helpful with directions. The breakfast included a good variety of options! I especially liked the Dutch pancakes. The hotel made an effort in sustainability which I appreciated.
The room cleaning was not consistently done. It was nonexistent on one of the days. I had to request fresh towels and coffee. This was inconvenient considering the price of the stay.

i found the staff friendly. they. the rooms were very clean. i also thought the facilities were great. the bathroom had lovely elemis products, which i enjoyed. the location is fantastic, right on the park.
i experienced trouble getting a suitable room. check-in took over an hour. it was a struggle finding the right room. i eventually settled for an upgrade. the upgrade was to a noisy corner of the hotel above the restaurant, though.

The room had a central panel for lights and electronic curtains. I thought that was so cool. I loved the mirrored bathroom door, such a clever touch. The shower was spacious, and the soaps smelled very nice! This hotel really nailed the décor and functionality.
The bar staff were noticeably slow. It took quite a while to get served.

The breakfast had a varied selection of dishes, including vegetable yogurt! I tried tasty tea. The smell of cosmetics was also distinct near the dining area. It was a lovely touch.

i found the room was very cold. it had ongoing issues with the heating. it didn't stay running when i was out of the room (which was annoying).
