really good hotel experience!

i found the location very good. the museum quarter and shops are a stone's throw away. the remodeled rooms are nice. the buffet in morning is amazing. wine and cheese are available in the evening. the staff are friendly and helpful. i really like this hotel.

the hotel is in a great spot near the museum quarter. the room was spacious enough for my needs. i found the gym to be a good size with appropriate equipment.
the hotel lacked some basic amenities. my beautiful room was not equipped with a shower cap or dental kit. this was a small, yet noticeable oversight for such a hotel.

the gym has modern equipment. i saw several treadmills and weight machines. the location is great with easy access to public transport. there are tram stops just steps away, so i find getting around very convenient.

friendly staffleaking showernon-functional safe
the staff were super friendly and helpful.
the shower leaked, even after a repair attempt. the safe was non-functional, despite my request for it to be fixed. furthermore, the room cleaning occurred very late in the day.
