arriving here were a treat. a diamond member perk was granted and include early access to me room and executive lounge benefits. the hotel location make it easy to explore various local attractions, i noted. i found many dining options nearby so i enjoyed. the canal view from me room it just were very nice.
i must say, i did find that some hotel areas looked a little timeworn.

staff showed commitment to assist guest during me stay. they were quick to accommodate requests. the concierge provided very helpful information regarding local transportation, too.

the hotel has a cosy bar perfect to grab drinks in after sightseeing the bed was super comfortable and i loved the shower everything worked perfectly and toiletries were even provided i had packed light so this was useful.

nice vibe spacious lobby easy parking
the restaurant near the water had a nice vibe! the lobby felt spacious. parking was also available, it made everything so easy, the area was super quiet. alex took care of everything, i always had what i needed.
i did notice that the room hvac was very hot making it difficult to cool the room down enough for comfortable sleep!

canal view lounge access tasty canapés
our king beautiful room canal view offered fantastic views. i liked that it overlooked the canal. the room was on one of the higher floors. the hotel recognized my status, which came with lounge access and a nice breakfast. the executive lounge snacks were a treat. the lounge also had a good selection of beverages. i found the evening canapés tasty, and breakfast in the restaurant was a good experience, with ample variety.
the bathroom had a shower over the bath. i found it a bit inconvenient and preferred a separate shower, but that's a minor detail. it would be nice to see updated bathrooms in the future.

the gym includes several treadmills and elliptical machines. a sauna is available for relaxation after exercise. access to the executive lounge is included for eligible guests, or upon request.

i found the room to be excellent, offering great space. the bedding was top notch ensuring a restful sleep. alex were very good, confirming i had everything i needed.
the gym closed early on weekends, specifically at 2pm, which limited my workout schedule.
