arriving here were a treat. a diamond member perk was granted and include early access to me room and executive lounge benefits. the hotel location make it easy to explore various local attractions, i noted. i found many dining options nearby so i enjoyed. the canal view from me room it just were very nice.
i must say, i did find that some hotel areas looked a little timeworn.

the hotel has a cosy bar perfect to grab drinks in after sightseeing the bed was super comfortable and i loved the shower everything worked perfectly and toiletries were even provided i had packed light so this was useful.

the restaurant near the water had a nice vibe! the lobby felt spacious. parking was also available, it made everything so easy, the area was super quiet. alex took care of everything, i always had what i needed.
i did notice that the room hvac was very hot making it difficult to cool the room down enough for comfortable sleep!

our king beautiful room canal view offered fantastic views. i liked that it overlooked the canal. the room was on one of the higher floors. the hotel recognized my status, which came with lounge access and a nice breakfast. the executive lounge snacks were a treat. the lounge also had a good selection of beverages. i found the evening canapés tasty, and breakfast in the restaurant was a good experience, with ample variety.
the bathroom had a shower over the bath. i found it a bit inconvenient and preferred a separate shower, but that's a minor detail. it would be nice to see updated bathrooms in the future.
