the location proved ideal with close proximity to the metro and train station, a convenient supermarket nearby, and easy access to the rai conference facilities i appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the friendly, helpful staff. the express train service. the modern facilities and comfortable bed ensured a restful stay after long days.
the room did lack tea and coffee making facilities. this absence meant i had to go out for a morning beverage.

the hotel offered a breakfast with a huge selection of food. it was sometimes a bit crowded, but i could always find a spot to sit. the offerings were fresh and provided a great start to the day

the double room was spacious and included a large bed. the proximity to metro stations was very convenient for accessing the city. an iron and ironing board was available in the room, unexpected. i found the location very convenient to access the rai conference center by foot.
i found limited amenities available in the room, i would have liked a kettle and minibar.

the room has a floor to ceiling window, this makes the room feel bigger. the bed was comfortable, and the room has everything you need. the room was clean and tidy on my arrival.

The hotel is near train stations and a supermarket. This location was very convenient. I got early check-in because the room was available. The staff was very polite and helpful .
The room lacked tea or coffee facilities. This surprised me. I was told I received an upgrade, but the upgraded room was tiny.

Fantastic Stay Near Transportation Hubs

The hotel's location is a five-minute walk from the metro (super convenient for getting around!). It only took about ten minutes to reach the city center using frequent trains. Everything was clean, and the staff members were lovely. I really enjoyed the cozy lobby, and the staff was accommodating, allowing me to check in early since a room was available.
The lack of a phone in the room was a bit inconvenient, as I had to use my own phone to contact reception. I was not sure which codes to enter when calling from my phone with an international plan.

The hotel is excellently positioned with convenient access to transportation, especially the metro station (only a short walk away!). Reaching both the city center and the airport is very easy.

The hotel provides cozy spaces, including a cute lobby area. Rooms feature comfortable beds, and some offer great views from higher floors (I was on the sixth floor!). Guests can request more frequent room cleaning if needed.

Breakfast at the hotel is very good. (especially the pancakes!). While I didn't dine there, the restaurant downstairs is convenient. There is also a range of coffee shops and several restaurants nearby.

the room was modern and clean , i found that acceptable.
the windows did not open , permanent ventilation was used , that was not ideal. i found the constant airflow gave me a dry throat. additionally , the door springs were so strong that every time neighbors closed their doors , the bed shook.
