The corridors seemed a little dark, but it was not a MAJOR issue.

The hotel sits in a super convenient spot. It is close to food, restaurants, groceries, and public transport. Many places to eat, drink, shop and relax are very close by, a HUGE bonus.

The staff displayed smiling faces and were hospitable. Housekeeping was quick to deliver requests for towels. There were four desks available for check-in, preventing queues at reception, and that's convenient.

The hotel rooms were modern and clean. The hotel provides lollies and welcome chocolate in the rooms. The blackout curtains COMPLETELY block light. The burger and cocktail bar is a huge bonus, too.

The room included bottled water each day. A safe and coffee machine were also in the room. The location is literally in the Flower Market.. trams are close by. The extensive buffet breakfast is served each morning.

i found the location very convenient to attractions. the desk staff was particularly helpful with directions. the room included a digital service for ordering new towels and room service through the website.
the cooling in my room was difficult to adjust lower than 3 degrees. with the morning sun, the room became quite warm. opening the windows was necessary to cool things off.

corridor dirtbad smell
The cleanliness wasn't great. I spotted dirt in the corridor, and it stayed there throughout my stay. also, there was a dead bug in the room. It was never removed, even when the room was supposedly 'cleaned'. the corridors had a bad smell, and housekeeping didn't understand english well enough to address any issues.

The full-size hair dryer was available in the bathroom. A heated mirror was also in the bathroom and very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The shower was also very good.
