some issues .
broken elevator messy shower
the room had all necessary amenities. check-in and check-out were easy.
i discovered the elevators both broke. i had to use the staircase. this was not a pleasant experience. the housekeeping service was not thorough and the shower lacked a door. the bathroom became very messy after showering.

broken elevator long waiting
the elevator situation was a real pain. there was only one working elevator for a huge hotel with 14 stories, and of course, it broke down one day (pretty inconvenient). we had to use the staff elevator. waiting times were absurd.

fresh pastries convenient supermarket
The breakfast selection included many options (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries). the supermarket next to the hotel was really convenient. I could easily grab snacks and drinks.
the gym equipment was a bit outdated.

wonderful stay!
friendly staff easy check-in vegan croissant nice lobby
The hotel location suited me very well. the staff was friendly. Check-in occurred very easily. i even received a little welcome treat, a nice gesture. the breakfast included plant-based milk and yogurt options. a vegan croissant. the building has a nice vibe and the lobby looks amazing. it is close to the ferry, which takes you to the centraal station quickly.

the hotel features convenient proximity to transportation. two supermarkets sit across the street, providing easy access to groceries and other essentials if you need something. the location also allows for easy access to restaurants

the hotel sits about 1.8km from the city center. it has great access to nearby shopping, including a large shopping center and a food market if you are a shopping lover. smaller shops provide variety in the immediate area too

the room included necessary amenities that met my needs. i experienced an easy check-in and an easy check-out. the room also offered a nice view, letting me see the city.
